maths is something i've always been terrible at so i have no idea if i'm right or wrong but to me it's 16

Wait I teach this to grade ones and twos and the way I teach them is bodmas so:

Brackets first = (2+2) = 4
now we have 8/2(4) where the () = x
So next would be division = 8/2 = 4
We now have 4(4) or 4x4
= 16

If the answer isn't 16, I'm quitting my job lol
