How companies can do this and not get sued for breach of contract is something I'll never understand.

They get famous for viral songs then change the style.

Double Kick has numerous hit songs but I don't think they've ever produced a title for them, only bsides.

They try so hard to mediaplay using the girls dating and scandals but chose to punish them for it.

Add girls in just to take them out.

If a company could have split personality, it'd be this one

Tbh, most kpop contracts sound like scams. You are lucky if you come out with any earnings, so many idols end up on minus.

Yeah I mean I can see Jooe and Nancy earning enough through solo activities and CF deals/variety appearances to pay off their debt but not sure about the other members. And keep in mind the other members are atleast getting to work and promote, so they're earning something.

With Daisy, they're basically not letting her work and not letting her leave either. Girl had no choice. I guess being sued is a risk she and her family are willing to take.

I feel sorry for her and wish her the best. I know people give us crap for being lawsuit happy in America but it's because we file so many suits that we get justice and fair compensation on things. From what i've seen in the past idols are usually at a loss in the Korean court system though because they don't have the money to fight
