Hello I'm ariel and new in this website. Im just wondering again if what for is the points that i earn ? And what can i do with it? Thank you💗

It's basically reputation. There isn't anything you gain from it (yet). Who knows, maybe in the the future you can use them ;)
You gain points by receiving trophies (which is an achievement like X posts, X likes)

As @Belgizen mentioned above, you earn points based on trophies. If you click on the Awards tab at the top of the screen and you'll be redirected to a different page. From there, you'll see a help bar and click on the one that I've circled you'll see what you can earn points for:

They don't have a proper use yet but they will be useful in the future. You can use them to exchange/remove badges right now.
