I agree as far as I think it's his intentional strategy.

He seems to go the "anticipation --> hype" route with BLACKPINK.

I don't think the company still has structure that would make it possible. They use in house producers who produce for multiple groups. They also go all in with the comebacks so they don't seem to be able to focus two artist at same time. And then they seem to have business model that doesn't care about pushing new music all the time and rather take their time with it and comebacks.
