Personally, I don't believe in unconditional love. I feel like every thing that is not tangible in life is conditional. Everything. Your love for someone is always with condition. "I'll love you no matter what"...it honestly depends on the matter at hand. Is the matter at hand cheating? Is the matter and hand making you feel like a horrible person? The concept of unconditional love has always been so unrealistic and toxic to me, honestly. Rather than an "unconditional love", I'd prefer a realistic relationship.



Unless you're in love with Kim Yerim. Then that is unconditional.

I don't know tbh what a mom feels, but I think it would always be a certain kind of love

I'm not one that gives out unconditional love but I think there are people capable of unconditional love. Just not me.

Unconditional love does exist I guess, doesn't mean it's necessarily a good thing tho. You need to know when the person you love doesn't deserve it any more. And you shouldn't expect someone to love you unconditionally either, responsibility matters.

Depends on the situation I feel.
if they did something that made me not want to love them anymore, then I wouldn't.
I also wouldn't go out of my way to love someone unconditionally. They aren't off the hook so easily and that I love them regardless of what they do.
that's not how love works. Love comes within reason imo.

If you do the wrong thing by me, my love expires for that person. It's not for keeps.

I think love has to be cultivated and grown as you'd need a plant to be born and grow. This about unconditional love is a beautiful but unrealistic fantasy.

and yes a mother usually does love her child unconditionally. obviously there is much more to family dynamics so each family can be different in that aspect.

and about the seriel killer thing you mentioned: I watched the documantery Killer Women with Piers Morgan and the story of Erin Caffey fits this. Her father still supports her and all despite her getting her whole family killed and organizing such a gruesome murder.

we can't judge things easily. as I said every family is different and even cases like Erin's are there.

For me now yes. I feel it for my son, even if he were to dissapoint or do something terrible, I wouldn't condone what he did but I would still love him because I created him and he's my child....it hard to explain really but it was weird instant when I got to hold him for the first time.

I honestly thought I wouldn't feel that way as I was definite that it didn't existed before due to my personal experience how my mother was with me and my siblings.. Although weirdly enough it was clear she had unconditional love for us despite everything but it was only known towards her death.
