my favorite of these is probably neologism! while im typically most attached to the most ridiculous of ridiculously archaic words, new words can be just as beautiful.
for example, I propose the lovely new word "jimincorset" as an adjective, meaning 'perfect beyond imagination.'
sample sentence: "that BTS music video was so jimincorset!"
your homework for tonight: write a sentence using my new adjective.

download a calorie counting app, any will rlly do, (i use Loseit)
packaged foods have the kcal count already on them with about a 20% margin of error.
homecooked food you can count with each thing u put in, get a food scale to be accurate. (dont forget to count your oil calories!!!!! spray oil has calories too!)
