For me, it's when someone compliments an aspect of my personality, since I, as a person, have been very confused on who I am majority of my life. I've always felt like no one ever really cares or notices, so when people pick out certain things and notice them, it makes me feel very happy :)

Ok so if we're talking about actual reality here.... I'm gonna say it makes me feel special when better artists than me notice me. I know it sounds silly but I've been drawing a long time and for most of that time no one noticed or liked anything that I did. Lately the artists that I like and look up to have started to pay my work attention and say nice things about it. Like they may notice my gradients or color choices and these are things i worked hard on. It makes me feel like all my studies haven't gone to waste and that maybe this year I'm a little less invisible
