So arresting him as soon as he enters Korea is a good thing. It means authorities have recognised him as being a possible danger to Nayeon.

JYP keeping the criminal charges is good too, but I'm also missing the point of withdrawing the restraining order, just to ask for it again if he enters Korea...

Yeah I really don't understand the logic here, if there is any. Filing for and getting a restraining order takes time. Having it be withdrawn just to be surprised later and repeat the whole process seems dumb.

The restraining order is a civil case (not a criminal one), and due to issues processing the order, it was dropped. The reasons were not made public.

For a civil case, it would have been Nayeon herself to apply for the restraining order, seeing as she is the one that requested for it to be dropped. However, I'm curious as to why there were any issues with the process.

Still, JYP have the criminal charges against him, and as such immigration will now notify police if/when he enters Korea. I guess JYP might have encouraged Nayeon to drop the order on account of the issues of processing? Who knows.

What ever the reason, JYP have promised to continue to protect Nayeon. I personally hope the stalker gets deported and authorities decided to ban him from entering the country for some time. Yet that still doesn't stop him from going to other countries to get close to Nayeon. So if a restraining order is need, I hope they/she requests it again and follows it through to completion.

Oh God, this isn't good. As far as I know about this guy, he's psychologically delusional and he's definitely going to take this the wrong way. This is just going to egg him on to continue with his ways.
