The Durarara and Steins Gate placements makes my heart happy. My main 'complaint' would be about Fullmetal Alchemist, hmm. I think the 2003 version should be A instead of B, and Brotherhood S instead of A.. but then again I'm a die-hard FMA fan so I'm a bit biased.

Also how in the world could anyone think Sword Art Online is as good as/on the same level as Naruto..

Soo what makes a 'Good ' anime?

this is alot to read so if ya wanna play :) i will listen.

i have seen Princess Mononoke and final fantasy spirits with in the movies both were enjoyable.
I did see last air bender the movie and while i understand fans hated the movie(like my dark tower friends hated it or i will cheerfully burn all copies of LOTR maybe ill spare fellowship although that dvd has been in my trunk for most of 2 decades) that was a interesting spin on the 4 elements magic deal.

lets say i were willing to hunt down a copy and buy or rent.

1 it would have to be clean.
2. it could have almost nothing in common with Game of thrones or the stuff in kill bill. ( i mean sure common fantasy tropes/ toons like a dragon ect is fine)
3. for example this is ` my top 200 or so book ( many are series so its more than the 84 :) To make it on the list i have to own it or parts of the se since all have be read more than once, the top 20 ~10+ times thru( some thing like stormlight that only has 3 books i do think i have read each over 5 times).

We needed to spread out the list a bit and not many of us watched Gurren Lagann

No worries, I think most people would agree with you about the FMA series.

Yes, it is. It's just as I said above, the last arc was meh at best, the same applies to Shippuden. To be fair, Naruto could've ranked higher if it wasn't for the amount of fillers (which actually were entertaining) because it was pretty consistent from beginning to end.
