I had this picture on my pfp days ago as a memorial for Jonghyun and was planning to keep it that way until I'm no longer online on this forum, and some snitch thought it is sensitive? what's wrong with it, I honestly don't see anything wrong or sensitive about it. how about we also forget Jonghyun existence would this make u happy>/?

it's a beautiful picture of jonghyun smiling in happiness, around flowers. to me it means jonghyun is alive. some where happy and alive. I think death is not that sad it's just the start of salvation. just be nice to one another there is not much to life, it's meaningless we should not worry too much. just work your best you can.

People are just really sensitive nowadays... why should you have to take down your dp because one person thought it was "offensive". if it has a special meaning to you then why should others be able to report it? there's nothing wrong with the picture and I really want to know the actual reasoning on why it was taken down...

we have discussions about sensitive topics every day on these forums but someone trying to memorialize their fave by having a dp is where we cross the line?

We did not give you a warning point for this but gave you a heads up instead. Next time we will give a warning point if any user uses such pictures. We see these pictures as sensitive content so this is a warning for anyone who plans to have such a dp.
You are welcome to discuss this issue via pm's with mods and admins instead of making threads.

It makes me question whether the reports were mostly from individuals under the age of 17. I really can't see someone over the age of 21 having a meltdown over this. . . I wonder if I would be flagged for putting Goodbye by 2NE1 in my sig... 🤔

Well it's subjective, as long as it's not death threat gore or remotely offensive to hurt or target someone, then how would I know if something is going to be sensitive to you or not.

i saw nothing wrong in it but honestly i get why some people could. after all it's not the only picture of him that exists and there are many others to choose from to keep the memory about jonghyun. to me personally using this one is not a problem as long as there were good intentions behind it but those who reported it might have simply felt like they were constantly being reminded of that day.

You can, however, think about how it could remind people of that day. You should stay still and think about other people's point of views. This IS sensitive. For now on, please direct yourself to the mod team or admins about this topic. This should not be discussed about. It is now a rule. This is the end of the discussion now.

As previously mentioned in the thread by @MajestYerim , we understand your intention, but there are plenty of other pictures to use as a memorial for him. This is a funeral picture and it is sensitive for some people. Next time when you'd like to contest a moderation decision, feel free to talk to the administration and moderation team. We introduced a 'sensitive' label for threads, but we can't threat dp's in the same way and I don't see what's the point to open a thread about this 4 days about the incident, even if you were in dm with me and I explained you the reason.
