Screamo is technically it's own genre of music but, like Pop, it's kinda become a catchall term for any music which includes screaming in any part of the vocal.

I think the most common subgenre associated with Screamo is Metalcore. If you wanna hear examples:

And here's metalcore which is very often associated with screamo just because of the screaming even tho it's musically pretty distinct

the only genre that i would not listen to is shock-factor music
music made of peoples' deaths or tragedies or abuse
even if it had a point i couldn't bring myself to listen to music with the real suffering of people in it
