Yeah it's better than expected. I think JYP also went ham with promoting. Like so many teasers and trailers. Nobody could've missed knowing about the release.

Well Chinese fandom is always real force what comes to bulk buying so i guess that changes it a bit But in general, physical sales have always been YG artists weak point.

Yeah but that's also coz physical market was on a decline when BB were at their heights and it was only after EXO that it got revived again. Back in 2nd gen, SNSD were outselling even boy groups lol.
Now fandoms are competing for all sorts of stuff like 1st day numbers, 1st week numbers and what not, and Blinks are one of the most hardcore fandoms so you never know
