sounds like she has an at best disputed claim with the secondary agency.
but like all folks looking for a pay day goes for the biggest fish or deepest pockets how ever you look at it..

Hmm unless she was owed more money by SM according to the agreement and it was delayed/withheld, I think she won't have a case. At the same time agencies like throwing their weight around so it wouldn't surprise me. It's best to wait for an official statement.
Either way, I think this could easily be proven in court and settled.

Ok so from what I can gather, there are like 10 songwriters on Boss, she's gotten her sync fee and the rest usually takes time to process.
And now she's trying to make this issue about cultural appropriation and racism to get more people on her side when that's not the case, so Idk
