Autotune in Kpop- are you a fan? (1 Viewer)

[Darkseid]

Autotune is a very polarizing topic- some people say it adds to the song/enhances the vibe. Others say it actively distracts you and takes you out of the song.

Which camp do you fall on?

For me, there are instances of both good and bad.

Good autotune:

Bad autotune:

[Ahsoka]

Theres good and bad
5% is good and 95% is bad

More good autotune:

Ok but Kpop did go through that phase where autotune had become the norm lol.

Bad autotune:

[blueberries]

I think it's alreayd pretty outdated. Like there is some songs i loved from BB and 2Ne1 that had lots of autotune, but sound off to me now

It mostly bothers me in the chorus, and it's so unnecessary too like it doesn't add anything.

Bonamana > Mr. Simple

I always think they are like copies, but Bonamana is better
