I say bring it back to the early 1990s and earlier when kids faced punishment for misbehaving I can see it working. Back in the days in which kids listed to and respected adults. These old foggies in charge don't realize, especially here in America, punishment for kids has pretty much been abolished. Younger generation of parents think their kids have an adult complicity to understand, and they raise them almost completely without manners.
