This. Natural selection at its finest. It's okay, let them buy the stocks if they are dumb enough. Personally, I don't think bighit should've gone public, mainly because they were well off private. Money hunger is an issue and couple of managerial decisions in the past are really troublesome. I will keep an eye, for sure.

I don't care if they buy stocks, I just can't believe they went into it blindly not knowing a thing. The most ridiculous part for me is that they want refunds lol. People literally put their whole life savings into this and now they're all complaining. Humans really are interesting sometimes. I don't know why we're given brains if we're not going to use them.

Ooh a business student who hates stock? That's interesting. I would have assumed you would be more interested in stock since you understand how they work better. I guess it's not for everyone. I'm personally more interested in day trading than investing long term so that's even more dangerous lol. But I do think that investing can be valuable in the long run. People just need to be smart about it.

I hate how it can make people so focused on stocks and stuff lol, i don't hate the stock stocks, just how people go about it. also it wasn't really a major I wanted to do lol i'm first and foremost creative writing major, next a business management major hahahaha. I took finance since i figured it would help with my major.

But i can totally see why it's so interesting. aside from the headache i get from people who blindly shove all their money in the stock market, it is pretty interesting. It's good to invest as long as you know what you're doing and make sure you have a plan. And even having a plan and knowing what you're doing can be shaky, cus the stock market is practically constantly unpredictable. There are patterns, but you never know.

Even then, I knew this was a terrible decision and the overinflated stock price would crash and come down closer to their actual value. I read someone actually put their entire wedding savings into it and now want refunds lmao.

This is why Stan Twitter shouldn't become stock market experts just coz their oppa's company went public.

I'd honestly never put my money in an entertainment company, too risky.

Big Hit is frankly the biggest & best at media play especially since linking up with whatever Western company. BH needs to move beyond relaying on fandom, most are a constant influx of teens who aren’t the most reliable source of investors. This makes me wonder what will happen once Jin or even him, RM, & possibly Suga enlist. I can tell they’ve used BTS’s massive contribution to Korea’s tourism to hold off enlistment for as long as they can but also dropped hints through the media this year to prepare ARMY.

Yikes really? I guess it worked out for the best for their partner. A person that irresponsible shouldn't be getting married in my opinion. On the other hand though, I also feel bad for them. If they're at an age to be getting married then they're old enough to know better. Why would they go into something like this without some basic research?

Looks like everyone here took finance/business at uni. You guys should teach me. Lol I'm just learning all this stuff out of personal interest. Maybe I should quit life and take up a career in business/finance

Oh no I did not major in finance lol, it was just there for 2 semesters. Learnt some very basic stuff on finance and accounting, balance sheets, all that good stuff
Was super happy to drop those and move on to other subjects
