I think I had a panic attack
I was angry at her for not letting go sooner when the hospice care worker said she'd pass away-she held on for a week longer.

I feel hollow and full of tears and I don't know what to do with myself.

I´m so sorry for your loss. There is not much one can say to ease the pain, perhaps that if she was sick, she no longer suffers the pain and I hope she had lived a good life. It is not death we should remember, but life. That is why I have always loved the ritual in some cultures when they dance during the one´s funeral. Because we remember how lucky we were that we had those people in our lives and how thankful we are because we are alive because of them, if only in a small way. She lives on in your, always and forever. I know you will realise those words later. Now, all I can offer you is a virtual comfort. ♥♥♥
Cry, let it out, don´t keep those emotions inside and let yourself be sad, let yourself heal and remember her better days when she was cheerful and full of life. She is forever with you. She would be so proud of you.

i am so sorry....i know how it feels to lose someone...i lost my great grandma November of last year....don't worry you will get through this....i have faith in you....i will be here if you need someone to talk to....

awwwwwwww I'm sorry! I lost my grandma in 2012, and to this day I still miss her. But it will get better - just think of all the happy times, like her stories or taking you along on her errands or whatever.
