For almost 2 years now, and I am doing a lot better.

i've seen both since i was 11, but i recently stopped seeing my psychologist. i still see my psychiatrist for med management. i'm doing good right now though

Yeah briefly. However, I think I had bad luck since they frankly did nothing for me lol.

I'm in grad training to be one, but yeah I have seen one. It helped, but my problems weren't that severe really. Although, the one I seen didn't follow the code of conduct that strictly, which is bad.

no, but I honestly think that at least 90% of my school copes with an unhealthy amount of stress

oh that is interesting you had to start since such a young age and had to see both + meds (i hope the meds are not bad for your health, as i hear a lot people gain weight and stuff from meds)

oh i know that feeling
but not just with a psychologist
a lot of people that are suppose to ''help'' you don't do much shit for you in the end, at least feels that way

the meds that i'm on right now aren't really damaging or dangerous thankfully i don't want to put a damper on the thread, so i'll keep it private

Not anything sexual or like that. Just pushing their beliefs, which is an ethics violation.
