So I was just wondering if tough love or regular love is what you need from those around you.
To get shit done does someone being kind of in your face and honest with you
about the potential damage, harm, or giving you straight up facts.
Or
Do you prefer to have someone be super supportive and beyond understanding
about your struggle to help motivate you to work through them?
So I am a combo-for my weight loss the tough love is what I needed
same with some other issues I have but when it comes to my anxiety I need supportive love.
