I am curious, I don't like super sweet things so a more balanced breakfast would be nice

glass of water, whole grain bread (1 slice), an egg, glass of milk (or some yogurt), spinach, some fruit is my usual breakfast, in the same order

i switch between being like "i can't stand this cereal anymore" to "i must impulse buy the biggest box of it i can bc i have such a craving for it" so now i have a massive box of cinammon toast crunch in my pantry

I make an egg sandwich when I'm not feeling something complex. Just toast some bread, mix some cheese into your eggs, and boom. You can also add stuff to it too.

My favorite is honey almond but I think it might not be for you since it's a bit sweeter. I picked cereal because I eat it not because I think it would suit you

I'm used to eating the boring adult cereal so whenever i went to a friends house they'd have like the super sweet stuff and i was like, my adult tongue cannot handle this much sugar i shall skip breakfast thanks
