What do you do against headaches? (1 Viewer)

If it's bad then I take painkillers and sleep.

Sometimes I get Migraines which are so ridiculously painful. I have a "warning system" though as my eyes start to have flashes so I prepare for it by taking painkillers, going to sleep and using an ice/gem pack on my head.

If I don't have painkillers when I have a Migraine, then holy crap I'm in absolute agony.

mine come rather sudden, and somehow one side of the head is always stronger than the other which is really annoying too

if you have intense headaches i would absolutely recommend asking your pharmacist abut it. i usually take one when it gets unbearable and 30 minutes later my headache is (almost) completely gone. pretty sure theres a version for migraines as well..

i tried out a bunch of painkillers (specifically for headaches) already which didnt work too well and im stuck with Thomapyrin which has helped better than previous stuff, but ill try getting excedrin next time

yeah painkillers didnt work for me either.. but it looks like thomapyrin contains the same stuff as excedrin; acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol and caffeine so i guess they might be the same thing?

and now i can suddenly feel a headache coming up, almost as if this thread manifested it lmao love that for me

Take ibuprofen
