Anybody heard of "The Medium"? (1 Viewer)

It's a new game that came out recently,
it's about Marianne, a Medium, who helps the ghosts of deceased people pass on to the after life.
But due to a weird phone call she sets out to a abandoned facility where a massacre took place, trying to find out the history and what happened.

It's a horror - adventure interactive story, and made by some people of the original Silent Hill.
While it's not the absolutely greatest game ever made, I gotta say the story is great as well as the voice acting.

There are parts in this game where you can enter a persons consciousness and discover what happened to them in the past,
basically figuring out where their trauma came from and how this turned them into a evil person.
And I just really wish they did more of this because that's where the game shines the most imo.

I could even imagine it as a kind of TV Series that I'd stan the hell out of.

It's a rather short game, I'm almost at the end I think (looking at the achievements I got)
but I definitely got my entertainment and some thrill out of it.
Not to say that it had a great atmosphere and some really stunning environments.

It definitely seems interesting. The entering people's consciousness part kind of reminds me of to the moon and im sure it'll provide a cool gameplay/story experience.

i think it only happens twice, but it lowkey was the best part of the game i really want to read a book about it or watch a tv series/movie idk, i thought it was really great and i don't remember seeing it in any kind of media before

The trailer would have been better without the random af rock music since it's a horror game and not an action game.

Yeah I agree on that, the song itself is pretty good, but it didnt fit too well with the trailer

Nope, imma pussy for horror games. I can watch horror movies and shows but playing... nah dude. I get scared from non-horror games I'd die if I played lol. Tho it does look interesting so I might put it in my wishlist for one day.
