Yes. I am. If something smells too strong I get a headache. If it’s too loud I will loose my shiz. I am very sensitive to the light. Even when it’s raining I have to wear sunglasses.​

Highly. When I hear a sound my head snaps quickly like a cat. Lights make my head hurt, especially if they're those bright CFLs, so I keep my room dark. I love music and will literally stop everything to hear my favorite part of a song.

I'm Autistic, so I have sensory processing issues. Lights, sounds, smells, textures, etc. I can literally be in the middle of a meal and my body will decide it has had enough of a certain texture and I will have to stop eating or risk throwing up. I can smell things others can't, I can hear so well that in middle school, my tech ed teacher actually rigged up an ultrasonic sound generator and tested my hearing. No one else in the room could hear it, I could. I can also hear alternating current.

Drives me batty, and can be a huge problem in my life.
