I mean, it generally looks bad if you sue someone for telling the truth, there's social stigma to it. Most companies won't even really pursue lawsuits against malicious comments so it would look extra sketchy to sue someone for daring to tell the truth.

Yeah I don’t think Cube would sue if she (and others) provides enough proof of bullying, which is why if it’s true she should put her cards on the table to lessen the chance of being sued. Cube & Soojin aren’t big chaebols, they can’t continue to do well with bad press/reputation. I think they would like this to go away as soon as possible, not to drag it out in court.

Cube has already had enough bad press, they really don't need more, so if the accuser has the evidence, now is the time to make it known. Especially since there's already an accuser willing to be named, that tends to give these accusations more leverage than the anonymous ones coming out against others.
