I originally got 45% but I retook the quiz

I don't feel like the verbal aggression part is accurate because though I'm capable of using words to hurt someone, I choose not to. Just because I can, doesn't mean I will. So in this case I feel like some of the results are inaccurate. The indirect aggression is not me at all because I'd never spread rumors about someone or tell a secret just because I dislike them.

I do agree with this bit though.

For me, it's not that I lose my cool when I'm angry it's just that I get irritated and annoyed VERY easily so while my aggression levels are minimal, it happens quite frequently.

I get annoyed easily too but I keep my emotions for myself until it is too much to stand and then I explode

why is it that in all of these tests i always get most parts of the circle empty and then one or two which are filled completely anyway my aggressiveness level was 38% which is low so i think it's good to hear

oh yeah i usually don't keep it in because i dont really react strongly anyway. i might say something like "you should have been paying attention" or "if you were listening you would have known" but i dont actually get worked up so i have no reason to hold it back. i dont usually explode either because when im frustrated i just cry, so i cry it out

Hm, maybe, maybe not. At least you can hold it in sometimes, hopefully when it's needed. But I express my irritation whenever I get irritated, which is maybe not much of a good thing

I a hundred percent agree that I am a very irritable person. I get agitated by little things randomly-the verbal aggression is moreso less true. I rarely if ever shout at someone or use cruel words to hurt them even though I know I could but I actively work against that because I don't want to hurt people with my anger or frustration.

I always look at this and think I'll be moderate or high but I somehow got low so that's good I guess.
