I don't really like Apple Music (1 Viewer)

the UI is not as intuitive as spotify's (take spotify's 3 menu tabs that i use all the time vs apple music's 5 and i only use 2), it looks very boring and ugly, the algorithm for recommendations is not that great and spotify's idea of adding podcasts is genius; why would i want to download a whole 'nother app just for podcasts when i can have it all in one app?

but the one (1!!!) thing that bothers me the most, the thing that drives me INSANE is this

i use that little heart button all the time. play some recommended songs in the background while im doing something, if i hear something i like i just give it a quick heart to add it to my library. apple music makes me go back to the app and click on the three dots to choose "add to library" WHY ?? IT SHOULD BE EASIER THAN THAT

the only reason im still subscribed to am is because im too lazy to go through spotify's student verification, they literally ask u to submit documents who has time for that

i don't have premium i used desktop and i don't care about getting 4 ads after like 30 minutes

i just use a mod for mobile to bypass the ads and shuffle limit so when im not offline i can happily continue using spotify, no way in hell im paying for both
i heard u can use adblock on the web version tho, wonder if they patched that up

Well, Apple Music downloads DIRECTLY to your iTunes library, and I had iTunes before I had Spotify, so I'm not about to go into Spotify and "redownload" all of my Apple Music albums! So there. *Pentagon voice* HUMPH! lol

its spotify that asks for the copies, AM just lets you sign in so at least they got that right, but i wish it was the other way around

spotify and kakao m couldnt come to an agreement but apparently they negotiated and the songs will return to spotify soon ^^

No, I meant that I like listening to music through iTunes/AM best, and with Spotify, there's no way you can transfer the music to iTunes.

Well, I disagree lol

I pay less for Apple Music, and not only that I can find all of my KPop groups on there. I don't have to download anything if I don't want to, and being able to listen to even some old K-groups is really nice. Spotify is more expensive, less groups, and are planning on shortening them even more. So I will pass on Spotify, I do not like that app at all tbh
