Yes, they are still around but it's only two members left, Changmin and Yunho. They were formerly known as DBSK which had 5 members but the other 3 left which ended up with them rebranding and becoming TVXQ with just Changmin and Yunho

TVXQ pretty much lives off of tours in Asia and their Legend status. Their songs don't really make much noise anymore and outside of perks they get from being a TVXQ member, they really don't have it as soloists either

When was their last tour tho? Kpop big in S.E.A. would come regularly i thot, TVXQ, Suju, SHINee, EXO n idk abt NCT i hvnt noticed making any splashes in S.E.A. specifically my n neighbouring countries in a loooong many yrs by now.

Isnt it only japan, korea, maybe hong kong n taiwan tat they maybe still tour b4 2020? Id expect newer/more popular groups like bp, twice n gfriend to tour in Asia after thiings get better-maybe bts n non big3 bgs maybe.

You're right. I was thinking of them at their peak when they could do stadium tours in Asia. Now it's mainly just Japan.
They did pull 550K for their live concert, which is the 2nd highest after BTS, so that's still really impressive

I almost got into a fight somewhere else online abt Suju being popular in Asia more than SNSD, when i nvr heard of Suju doing any concerts or much news from 2009 to 2014 or l8r, whereas SNSD had concerts n soooooo much press i couldnt avoid knowing abt them.

Maybe b4 2009 at their peak suju/tvxq were more popular in asia but SNSD >>>> bgs, and now its BTS >>>>>> almost everybody else, but even then i hvnt heard of any bts concerts outside korea/jpn in asia (cos i hvnt looked but i shd hv heard abt it if it happened after 2015/their peak). Soshi has been bigger than Suju since Gee but SM focused on making SNSD a brand and Suju a brand. That's why Suju has bigger touring numbers while Soshi was always more relevant and still is despite being 4 years gone.

BTS does some insane touring numbers in the west too.
