I'm a basic cheese eater-cheddar n parmesan r my favorite.

What is your favorite cheese, n how do you eat it?

Cheddar cheese slices in burgers n sandwiches for me, n parmesan flakes/grated on my spaghetti in beef bolognese/tomato sauce(but its been long since i last rmbr eating it, at least or over a yr).

I have it mostly with burgers but it's also great on jacket potatoes and occasionally topping up a Pizza with more cheese lmao.

Tbh I have tasted Cathedral Cheddar once and I didn’t like it. Idk if that was a real kind of cheddar, do you recommend any kind of it?

Wait, arent u British? When i visited my brother in the UK, London-there werent many burger places; more doner kebabs n fish n chips shops then. Also dim sum n indian restaurants (we dint go to posh english/western food restaurants much).
Has it changed so much since i was there?

Ig the timing is such tat the eastern US isnt on KS now/cheese isnt compelling rn. Ill wait to see if European n American cheese preferences are markedly diffetent.
