Again heard/know the name but nvr tried it. Im learning many recommendations/types of KS user's favorite cheeses but some might not be available where i am/price range is out of my budget rn.

To think this thread started from a random @OnlyCalB comment on my thread. Thnx calb, this may be my most successful thread yet in a looong while.

Cheddar cheese slices in burgers n sandwiches for me, n parmesan flakes/grated on my spaghetti in beef bolognese/tomato sauce(but its been long since i last rmbr eating it, at least or over a yr).

Brie is great, i also really like parmesean and ricotta. provolone is also a favourite.

American cheese for me :)

new contender for me is goat cheese, i wouldn't eat it on it's own but with something and small pieces it's rly good
