Rule 3: Rare Cards can be entered. 15% of the 30% additional cards Cards Team includes will be randomly selected Rare Cards
(which is like 1-2 randomly selected rare cards possibly being in the roulette depending on the card entry amount)

Event Rules
Rule 1: The maximum amount of cards you can enter is 5
Rule 2: No duplicate cards are allowed to be entered
Rule 3: Rare Cards can be entered. 15% of the 30% additional cards Cards Team includes will be randomly selected Rare Cards
Rule 4: Depending on certain circumstances, you may receive the card you entered
Rule 5: No take backs! Even during the entering phase you won't be able to exchange or take cards back
Rule 6: You agree that if you enter one of the most common cards, it will be removed and no one will be getting it via the Roulette
Rule 7: Limited cards can be entered as well
Rule 8: Cards can be entered the entirety of the First Day of the Roulette
Rule 9: Cards will be drawn the Second Day of the Roulette
Rule 10: 1 hour before the start of the Roulette on Day 2 (so 11PM KST Day 1), you will not be able to enter your cards.
