Shampoo bottles often give directions to rinse and repeat. Do you apply a second coat of shampoo or not?

I don't since I don't think a 2nd helping of shampoo; conditioner; and gel is really going to be that good for my hair... Especially since I try not to use drug store shampoo. lol

My hair doesn't get foamy with the first coat. So if I want to make sure I cleaned it properly, I do 2 helpings.

I do I have a lot of hair.. So the 2nd wash is if i missed some parts especially in the scalp hair tangles and shrinks so it hard to foam it all.. Some times a third wash depends on the shrinkage.

Sounds like your hair is also thick as well.
