I mean, we say Kirmes in Germany, it was the english translations

but its those transportable rides thing that they can build wherever they want and you have to pay for all the rides and not just the entrance etc

fairs do have a charm to them like they have a locality usually but i prefer amusement parks bc i like the all included experience where i don't have to pay for the ride everytime

Amusement park is more of a destination type trip spend the day or days (at like disney world)

And ofc i am a coaster lover and those are not really portable.
