Public Transportation of any means. This provides an economic way to travel. Insurance by itself can cost $100... Plus gas, yearly license plate sticker, and other car related expenses [which do occur. Trust me, you can have a car that you paid $2000 for and end up putting more than that into just having it run adequately]... and a monthly bus ticket, where I live, is $32 for poor, disabled, elderly, and children and $64 for everyone else... Which is under the price of most insurances...

Anything to do with healthcare I guess, you could've died a painful death from just loose motion/diarrhoea a couple of centuries ago.
Not to mention anesthesia, imagine being operated on while being conscious the whole time, fuck that.
