It's really simple, just clap, one hand across, clap, another hand across, clap, both hands, rinse and repeat faster

It sounds like Slide. Same method but every time it's repeated we increase the amount of times we do each step

So after doing it once like your post, it goes

Clap one hand across (x2)
Clap other hand across (x2)
Clap (x2)

Then when we repeat, it's everything x3
