What is a food you want to try, but haven't yet? Any foods you want to try, but are scared to try?

Blue Cheese is one of the things I am really scared to have. Even more so than Ghost Peppers. lol

Just korean food in general. There isn't many korean restaurants around so at most i have just tasted kimchi and korean style fried chicken.
