K-Pop Source — Keeping the K-Pop Forum Spirit Alive

I have read the first book only so I can't comment on anything passed that... but from what I remember they spend most of the time on horseback... Seems like they are just using the books as a light suggestion. An adaption has been in the works [apparently this one] for decades now and I'm sure when Jordan agreed to it he wasn't hoping for this.

Tell me how it goes when you see it with your friend. lol

i wanna live.
Moiraine tells Rand, Mat , Perrin , and Egween that they are tavern and one of them is the dragon reborn in the first ep..... and ofc all 4 of these kids are a different race in a village that has been isolated for 100's if not 1000's of years... and the kids are all mid 20's.

listen if they do not want to do epic fantasy which is dominated by mostly non diverse tiny communities' or tribes and very young protagonist's ... then don't.

Do the Drizzit stuff that would work a little better.

Ah. The equivalent of putting a SEA character in a setting that mimics 900 A.D. Norway... lmao

Hey, i watched all 4 episodes of Wheel of Time. I found it okay-not having read more than a paragraph or so of Eye of the World/bythe two rivers. It seemed less egregiously different than Foundation from the source material, but im avoiding 20+ plus yrs of spoilers so i cant/wont read comparisons of the differences between the show n the books.(i did read the short story in Legends anthology tho forgot everythg now.)

Hey im from SEA, if a SEA character turned up as a viking-id think it was a michael crichton time travel adaptation like tat Atntonio Banderas movie which i nvr watched.

When i read Asimov first during my teens, i nvr pictured Salvor or Hober mallow as white or nonwhite, they were just ciphers in the story ig. Same with some of his other characters but NOT Lije baley, HariSeldon or Daneel.they seemed whiter than white per their part in the story, especially Daneel.

Hv u watched Foundation, rand or Jp?(with a Demerzel character in it)

Im not sure wat to expectfrom Amazon's forthcoming LoTR series, tho its non book adapted(mostly?) as its set in the 2nd Age i think. For tat matter House of the Dragon from.HBO is also from non-novels mostly stories from Fire & Ice.
