once upon a time, there was a cute kitty crossing the street everyday. it followed the exact same path, the same steps every single day of every year. nobody bothered it, and the people of the neighborhood were happy to see a cute animal in the morning before they went to work or school. one day, the usual peace of the kitty's everyday walk was disturbed by a newcomer. a loud, sticky and clumsy dog had recently moved in the neighborhood and he wanted to walk with the kitty! as much as the kitty hates most dog-like characteristics, it doesn't believe in prejudices and stereotypes. it politely accepted that the dog accompagny it on his daily walks. overjoyed, the dog told all his animal friends of the neighborhood and soon they were more than just a few animals crossing the street in the morning, they almost looked like a whole zoo! but it was okay, because the kitty was happy that it had made so many friends. END
Basically that's why. Last year to the beginning of this year I spent about 8 months in rare deck 2 trying to complete my sets. Last year/middle of last year especially the only people requesting deck 2 rares for the longest time were Abe/Nina and then I joined and later Haku/Lilac as well. There are not enough high-demand groups in rare 2 so it's very difficult to get some cards from it via random generator let alone trade in a deck if there are <5 people pulling from it
