The school is in the woods, so Pinebrook since it's by a creek. Chippewa is the Native American tribe up in my state. The rest are named after long time founders of the school. As in their last names.

Oh I mean in terms of like activities and stuff. Some of the dorms had like 6 people in them - while Pinebrook was ALL THE GIRLS. So it was really unbalanced lol

My public school definitely not lol. My mom worked at a boarding school, and I attended for two years when I was in high school. There wasn't really a 'house system' per say - but each 'dorm' was named after something. Cochran, Pinebrook, Kindell, Chippewa, etc. It really didn't mean anything lol.
