Yeah, I think some hobbies have just such an expensive entry point, and it's not really worth it to me, because what if you spend all that money and then find out that you don't actually enjoy it that much? I'd rather a hobby where the initial cost is low, and then you can upgrade if you find...

That's so useful!! I was telling the contractor that, like, I know *someone* knows how to fix these things, because someone installed it originally, but it's hard to troubleshoot sometimes.

I just had a handywoman leave after fixing a problem in my bathroom, lol. I'm not handy at all, and it makes me nervous to do anything that isn't an obvious fix, like tightening a loose screw or something.
