All 12 members signed 10yr deals back in 2012. Kris, Luhan and Tao's contracts are still valid. Whilst they obviously have nothing to do with EXO anymore, a small part of any profit they make goes to SM.

Technically on the 8th April 2022, it'll be the day Kris, Luhan and Tao officially leave the group as they're still under contract with them.
