Yeah, it's a bit sad, but also, if season 3 is going to follow one of the spin-offs (which I doubt, based on what tidbits I have picked up), they wouldn't be in them at all, so getting returning characters at all is exciting. I think I'd read that Aya said she might get a cameo or something.

It's funny seeing her by these people who don't register as particularly tall in my mind (like relative to the wall, height of other things around them, etc.) and she's still a full head shorter. You could put her in your pocket!

Yesss!! I'm so excited for season 3. I know I'm going to watch it, so I haven't watched any trailers or anything like that. I'd rather go in blind, but I am curious what they're doing since seasons 1 and 2 covered the entire manga.
