They are designed to fit either foot, and the dancer chooses which shoe goes on which foot after purchase. This allows the shoe to mold to the foot it's worn on. Dancers then proceed to “break in” their shoes, which can be done so in quite a violent manner.
@Selfmate it’s not the first time this has happened. Usually it happens when the bus is full, but it’s inconvenient because you have to wait 15-30 minutes for the next one depending on the route
