Well, here's how I did it. You know in the search bar? When you go to the story and it is French, the search bar has a translation option whether you want to translate it into English or not. But this might just be a Google Chrome option since it's Google Translate.

Oh yes, definitely! It was too pricey for me as well, and when I saw the deluxe version only a little more expensive than the standard version, I just had to get it. I also want to get the Final Fantasy VIII Remastered version that comes out this year as well.
