It's not a requirement to join the Moderator Team however they're both useful since it shows that you have experience in both fields. If an applicant doesn't have experience in either, it doesn't mean they will be disadvantaged, it just means that we will adjust their training and 'over seeing'...

Yeah, it's a nice concept. Finding a person to settle with is something difficult though.. You never know when things could go sour, or you don't truly find out what they're like until months/years after.
