That's how I feel in regards to the crashing thing. I'm usually on my feet for those 10 hours so when I get home my body says enough usually. Same with my mind depending on how emotional the day was, as well.

Nah it was just a silly question that I realized I might be the only one who felt a certain way so the post then seemed pointless to me.

It's not exactly the same thing but you can use the cute kitty clock to time study sessions and breaks. Here I use this sometimes when I'm struggling to focus. Plus you can customize the kitty cat!
