Definitely disagree, there are so many singers in the West that debuted at 13 ... In kpop the only ones I know are Boa, April Jinsol (April as a whole was all 17 and under at debut minus Somin who left and then debuted in KARD, she was just turned 19), Kep1er Yeseo when she debuted in Busters...
