Yeah, I've started asking myself "would I have tipped for this before COVID?" and if the answer is no, I'm not tipping for it now. I'm not tipping a kiosk, I'm not tipping at a counter service place where they pick up the bagel I selected and hand it to me in a bag, I'm not tipping the owner.

The social pressure part is the worse!! I have a friend who over tips, like tips even at places that have added their own "gratuity charge" on or places where zero service was provided, so I totally get how it makes you feel like you have to do the same.

Tipping. Tell me up front the exact amount of money you want for the service and let me decide if I want to pay that or do without. And I'd ban it on everything. My friend tipped 20% on a tattoo because she'd heard you're supposed to, and I'm like... they are already charging you several...
