Sort of! I've circled back around to finding it a lot of fun, but I think Halloween is most fun when you have friends who are into it too. And I've only just recently found enough like-minded people who are game. We're talking about hitting up some haunted houses this year.

For a physical "bought outright" thing, a rain garden in my backyard. We've had some heavy rains this year, though, so it feels like money well spent.
IDK if it will help in the long run, but something my therapist told me when I was having a lot of problems with my parents is.... (paraphrased) what happens at the end of you pointing this out? Do they admit they were wrong? Or do they just throw a tantrum until you feel pressured to back off...
