It's definitely possible she could prefer a solo career in Japan over IZ*ONE, but if the extension was for 2 years for example or smth like that, not quite a full usual kpop contract length.... Tbh I feel like the deal with the Japanese members is easier than with the Korean ones... If the Japanese members wanted to stay, I don't think there is much the japanese side of things could do to make them leave. They would just do what... return to AKB, graduate really fast and then fly back...- maruberry

Honestly I don't believe that! If RV was a cover up group, then I mean.... there was a LOT of shit going on in SM at the time with idols leaving and suing etc! The scandals they had the end of 2020 are nothing compared to that! Not to mention there isn't really anything about the debut that...- maruberry

true, I'd only be happier if the WM group is genuinely amazing.... which isn't THAT likely! Chaeyeon yeah she got the dance break in SSoS, but that's been just about it! She is back line or edge in the choreo WAYYY too often, she is badly styled like 90% of the time (especially her haircut)...- maruberry
