just remember to tell her that you’re open to discussion, and there is no ill emotion towards her.

Perhaps she's feeling the same way since she has been ignoring you. You need to meet on neutral ground, perhaps have a third person who knows both of you. Or write her a note/text. The bottom line is you can’t keep this in, it's unhealthy not expressing your emotions.
